I. Summary
This instrument is designed and made as per GB/T 3146 Test Method for Distillation Characteristics of Benzene Products. It is used to determine the distillation characteristics of benzene products.
II. Main technical features
1. The heating power is 1000W. Equipped with special lifting device. The heating rate can be adjusted continuously.
2. All parts such as distillation flask , condensing unit can meet requirements of standard GB/T 3146.
3. The instrument is desktop structure. Simple design and easy to install.
III. Main technical specifications
1. Power supply： AC（220±10%）V，50Hz
2. Distillation flask： It is made of hard glass and can endure a temperature higher than 500 ℃.
3. Fractionating tube： As per GB/T 3146
4. Thermometer： (70~90)℃, (100~120)℃,(125~150)℃ one for each，division value 0.1℃. Used to test benzene, methylbenzene and xylene.
5. Condensing unit： Length of condenser tube is 800mm. With a length 450mm cooling pipe outside. Ox horn tube and 100ml reducing cylinder.
6. Heating thermoregulator： Power 1000W，can be adjusted continuously.
7. Ambient temperature： (-10~+35)℃
8. Relative humidity： ≤85%。
9. Maximum power consumption： 1100W
